Natalie Portman Designs Vegan Shoes
Natalie Portman designed a collection of vegan friendly shoes in collaboration with Te Casan. In case you didn't know, vegans do not use use or consume animal products of any kind.The collection debuts online (tecasan.com) and at the NYC boutique on February 2008 and will be available for pre-order on January 15th with 5% of all the profits will be going to charity.
The shoes will cost about $200, far cheaper than the Stella McCartney vegan heels.
Portman is not a vegan herself (in a food sense) but made it a rule to purchase fashion that does not come from animals.
