Christophe Lemaire, creative director of lacoste, really have what it takes to update a classic. He opened the show with white blazers trimmed with red and black. And he opted an off-white crocodile allegory to give the pieces the brand's traditional mark. Included in the collection are pleated skirt tennis dresses, sack skirts in terrycloth, sleeveless dresses, simple tunics paired with bikini bottoms. They were accessorized with hats and platform espadrilles. Below are some of the Lacoste Spring 2008 Ready-to-Wear collections.

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana seized up the runway as the models flaunt their collections. This time the designers maintained their sexy outline, but a skinny tie and lapel, and a white shirt which made it so contemporary compared with their space expedition collection last fall '07.

Giorgio Armani stood out in his spring"08 collection, called 'Giorgio Armani Sud'. In his collection, he displayed his unaltered artistry and his ability to make it appear contemporary. The Armani color range of slates and blues and mossy greens was much in evidence, so was his laid-back outline, but he manipulated both in new ways.

Miuccia Prada sustained to find her way in conveying both the expectations and restrictions of contemporary men's wear in a peculiarly exquisite and somber spring show. It certainly didn't seem and appear like a spring collection, but Prada's vision could never be limited to a specific season or even a specific mood. She look keen to break pattern and push men's wear forward.
