Rihanna leads the style pack as Paris Fashion Week draws to a close

Rihanna's recent trip to France has been a busy one. As well as performing a one-off set at the exclusive Swarovski party, the singing sensation was a fixture at the week's fashion shows - and certainly wasn't missing out on any of the weekend runway action. On Saturday she was on hand to check out John Galliano's vision for this autumn/winter.

Joining the Umbrella star in the front row was Mary-Kate Olsen. The US TV starlet and teen style icon was busy picking up tips for the fashion-themed coffee table book Influence she's working on with twin sister Ashley. Busy Charlie's Angels actress Lucy Liu stopped by, too, before heading over to watch Lanvin's latest ready-to-wear collection with elegant mum-to-be Jessica Alba.

The most star-studded crowd assembled the following day, though, as New York designer Marc Jacobs brought Paris Fashion Week to a close. Checking out Marc's new collection for Louis Vuitton were Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty, Bond girl Gemma Arterton and Resident Evil actress Milla Jovovich. Joining the screen beauties front row were burlesque artist Dita Von Teese, rapper Kanye West - currently working on his own fashion line - and Secretary star Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Hollywood's leading ladies graced the world stage as they showed off their gorgeous clothes at the Oscars. Many wore eye-catching red or other bright colors, but with draping or otherwise simple cuts. See the most stunning stars at this year's Oscars.

French actress Marion Cotillard wore a gorgeous silver halter style by Jean-Paul Gaultier, with flower detail on the bust and a skirt reminiscent of a mermaid.



Penelope Cruz turned heads as she hit the red carpet in this midnight-hued, haute couture Chanel gown accentuated with a 25-carat ruby and diamond earrings, 26-carat diamond bracelet, and a 6-carat marquise cut diamond ring from jeweler Chopard.



Heidi Klum looked absolutely stunning in a red silk tafetta bustier gown with drape detail by John Galliano. The dress will be auctioned off to raise funds for the Red Dress Campaign for Heart Truth.

Kelly Preston rocked the red carpet in the figure-hugging orange/yellow Roberto Cavalli gown.



Anne Hathaway is a modern goddess in her flowered and draped red Marchesa gown and Harry Winston diamonds.



Renee Zelwegger goes for the silver in her hand-embroidered Carolina Herrera gown and Cartier jewels.



Katherine Heigl is simply stunning in her crimson silk georgette Escada column gown and Jimmy Choo shoes.

Brad Cafarelli, Alba's spokesman confirmed her pregnancy when he told People.com, "Jessica and Cash are expecting a baby in late spring [or] early summer."

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren has been dating since autumn 2004. They met on the first Fantastic Four film, on which Warren worked as an assistant director.
