Oscars Best Dressed 2011

Here's my pick for the Oscar's Best Dressed 2011.

GWYNETH PALTROW

The Oscar winner looked stunning down the red carpet in a custom-made, metallic, Calvin Klein Collection gown.

HAILEE STEINFELD

The 14-year-old True Grit star co-designed this magical Marchesa princess gown. The age-appropriate gown made her look like a prom queen princess.

HILARY SWANK

Hilary Swank sported a glittering strapless gown by Gucci.

HALLE BERRY

I say this is the red carpet perfection. Halle Berry showed off her flawless figure in this strapless Marchesa gown with ruffled train.

MANDY MOORE

I almost did not recognize Mandy Moore in this Monique Lhuillier gown. Gorgeous!

NICOLE KIDMAN

The best actress nominee for Rabbit Hole looked strikingly beautiful in a strapless, embellished white Dior Haute Couture gown with a simple updo.

REESE WITHERSPOON

Reese Witherspoon rocked the red carpet in a black-and-white Giorgio Armani gown with her hair pulled back in a gorgeous ponytail.

SANDRA BULLOCK

The last year's Best Actress winner looked ravishing in a strapless, red Vera Wang gown.

MILA KUNIS

The Black Swan star looked lovely in a plunging lacy lilac Elie Saab gown.

Gwyneth in her sexiest outfit yet

After three years away from the spotlight, Gwyneth Paltrow is certainly making up for lost time.

The actress was back on the promotional trail last night with another glamorous red carpet appearance at a screening of her new film Iron Man at New York's Tribeca Grand Hotel.

Gwyneth, who has trotted around the globe in towering 7inch heels this month - Burberry boots in Berlin! Pacchini platforms in Paris! - didn't disappoint, arriving at the event in a pair of black patent Christian Louboutins.

But it was her daring little black dress, a thigh-skimming see-through Stella McCartney number, that really stole the show.

It's Gwyneth's first official tour of duty since she stepped away from the spotlight to raise her two children.

See-Throughs on the Red Carpet

Uma Thurman showed up to a glamorous October 2007 event wearing a very see-through dress. The dress was designed by the iconic fashion designer Valentino.

Gwyneth Paltrow made a public misstep when she donned a goth Alexander McQueen dress for the Oscars in 2002. The dress had a very sheer top which showed off her assets.

Kate Bosworth chose a see-through red gown for the 2006 Vanity Fair after-Oscar party designed by Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein.

Nicole Kidman walked down the red carpet wearing a see-through dress at the 2007 ARIA Awards in Sidney Australia.

True Religion

True Religion Brand Jeans debuted in December of 2002, and has continually surpassed the confines of traditional denim since then, owing to their characteristically “fashion forward” approach to denim designs.

Married couple, Jeffrey and Kym Lubell, have combined the attitude of rock and roll and the soul of R&B into one fashionable pair of jeans, and voila! True Religion has emerged. Some of their defining characteristics include pockets with horseshoe-shaped stitching, pictures of Buddha playing the guitar, and twisted inseams insome models. True Religion has been featured in numerous magazines and is worn by awesome list of celebrities including David Beckham, Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Donna Karan, Justin Timberlake and Usher to name a few, further boosting its popularity.
